A sweet little girl in our ward, Chantel Martineau, had a febrile seizure while in the tub, and is now in the ICU. A letter sent from our Bishop has said that "her condition is very serious and there is much concern for her physical and mental health. Currently she still has swelling in her brain, and it appears it may still be some time before the doctors, and her parents, will know how extensive the damage." A special ward fast is being held tomorrow, and he has asked that we petition the Lord to heal Chantel and provide peace and comfort to her family.
Please keep this sweet family in your prayers! As a mother, I could only imagine what they are going through! Little Chantel is in my children's nursery class, and she is a sweet, gorgeous little girl!!
