Nevermind...
Disregard the part of the post below about the sex offender living in the townhomes. It shows on the sex offender map that he is in the townhomes, but there is no 5037 Flintridge in the townhouses. There is further down the road however. SORRY for misleading you. Despite that, they are still pretty dang close, and I still stand firm in my belief of being very cautious no matter where we live.

oh man! Ryan found those offenders when we moved here...I agree you can never be too careful!
