I sometimes feel as if I am living the movie, "Groundhog Day". (Which btw, I really want to watch that movie again! Its been a long time!)
Do any other moms feel this way?
I know that at 6am, Easton will start digging into my chest wanting to eat. Roughly 5 mins later, BriAnn will walk in and want to sleep with mommy and daddy.
How the heck she heard Easton, who wasn't making a peep as he was digging into me?!
I have no clue!
About 5 mins after BriAnn comes in, Ethan will start stirring around in his crib.
And then....
it comes!
The wailing and crying and tears start flowing.
I'm talking about Ethan.
He SCREAMS bloody murder when he wakes up.
BriAnn will then ask, "are we awake??"
Eran will go and get Ethan, and I will turn on Mickey Mouse Clubhouse just to settle him down.
BriAnn will jump out of bed and run and grab one of the many princess dresses that she has. She wears several throughout the day. I hate them. She changes her dress every 10 mins. And everytime she puts on a new dress, she asks, "Can I sleep in my dress in your bed?"
I want to throw them away. Is that harsh? Sorry BriAnn.
We'll go down and eat breakfast, and after we say prayer for our food BriAnn will say, "Can I have a skittle?" And I say, "No, after you eat." And then she will say, "I get 2 skittles when i'm done eating?!"
How did she go from asking for 1 skittle to 2 now?! What, just because you have to wait 15 extra mins, that automatically qualifies you for 2 skittles?! Honest to goodness child!!
The dress saga continues until lunch time where I will ask the kids what they want to eat. BriAnn chimes in, "Peanut Butter and Jelly!"
"Again?!" I say.
I start making PB&J, and every single time I do, she comes up to me,
"I want a bite of Peanut."
Lately I have been telling her that it is peanut butter, and she is starting to say that now instead of just "peanut."
She gets the biggest spoon she can find and says, "I want a big bite."
Emma quickly follows behind with her big spoon.
Don't believe me? Watch this video...

(turn up the volume.)
We say prayer for our lunch, and I hear the ever so familiar request, "Can I have a skittle?"
"No, after you eat."
"I get 2 skittles when i'm done eating?!"
*sigh*
I see the baby making his hungry faces at me...
We take a nap.
More digging into my chest.
More screaming when the little man wakes up.
"I gotta go potty!"
"I want a drink in a big girls cup."
"BriAnn hit me!"
"Emma stole my barbie!"
"Get out of the bathroom!!!"
"Daddies home."
Clean this. Fold that.
Dinner time:
"Can I have a skittle?"
"No, after you eat."
"I get 2 skittles when i'm done eating?!"
Brush teeth, read books, read scriptures, say prayer.
Kisses and Hugs all around.
*Breath*
I know routine is a good thing. But seriously, does it have to be this extreme?!
I'm just sayin'!
And tomorrow...it starts all over again.
And I love it!

I just love your posts! Isn't it hilarious how kids can get into such a routine...I still have yet to have a routine with Owen. I am such a routine person I think I might explode! Good think Will is predicatable-movie after movie! haha
