I heard through the grapevine that the salt that you provide for member's is disappearing.
I know who takes it...in case your wondering. She lives in the 2nd door down. But you will only see her when it snows. Rain, snow, sleet, zero degree weather, mid-day or mid-night, she likes to shovel everywhere, and her side of the steps (and only her side). And she salts...and salts...and S.A.L.T.S.....E.V.E.R.Y.W.H.E.R.E.
I sometimes want to thank her and consider it an act of kindness, but I don't think its out of kindness to those neighbors around her. Remember, she only shovels her side, and only salts where her feet and tires will touch the ice.
Still, maybe I should thank her and see what she says??
So anyways, just in case your wondering.....I have solved the disappearing salt mystery.
P.S. I'm really not a snope and I don't spend my whole day looking out the window taking pictures. Really, I don't. But this neighbor caught my attention.
