Happy Birthday's, almost 38 weeks, and boy is he growing!!!

I wanted to wish my mom and sister, Rachael, a very happy Birthday!! My mom's Birthday was yesterday, and Rachael's was today. I am so grateful for those 2 women (yes, Rach, you are a woman now!!) in my life!! I love you both soooo much and I hope that you both had an amazing birthday!!!

Here is Emma making a card for my mom. She sticks out her tongue when she concentrates. I think its hillarious!! lol. When she is coloring in a coloring book, she is actually REALLY good with keeping in the lines!

Ethan was looking at the b-day cake with his hands clasped over his mouth. He was probably thinking, "OH BOY OH BOY!! Do I SERIOUSLY get to eat cake before my nap?! " lol.

Here is my most amazing sister! She just fulfilled her long time dream of traveling to Europe! LUCKY GIRL! =O)

I had my doctors appointment this last Weds. They checked for Strep B and checked to see if I am dilating yet....which...sadly...i'm not. I'm usually dilated to at least a 1 or 2 by now. But that is not the case this time around. Its always disappointing to hear that your not progressing at all. But that time will come.

This morning I woke up and felt different though. I feel (even though I don't look it. But i'm so small compared to how I was with Ethan, that I think that its going to be hard to tell this time around), as if that baby has or is starting to drop. I have felt so much pressure in my back and inner thighs, and the ligaments in my lower abdomen has been hurting really bad today. hummm?!?! But i'm not getting my hopes up. That can happen and I could still go into labor 3 weeks from now.

Next week I have an ultrasound to see how big the baby is so far. It seems like time is going by so slowly right now. uggg!!

Here I am at 37 weeks and 5 days.....

Ethan also had his 15 month checkup on Tuesday. (Its been a busy week) He is weighing in at 24 lbs. (it feels like he weighs 50lbs) and I was shocked to find out that he is 32 inches tall, which puts him the 87th percentile for his height (which means 87 out of 100 kids are shorter than he is)!! He is almost as tall as Emma...it cracks me up! He is going to be a tall boy.....just like my dad and brother! Look at his growth chart....he went from being in the 23rd-24th percentile during his 12 month checkup...and shot right up to 87!! CRAZY!!!
