Mom's shouldn't be allowed to get sick!!!

Long time no post, huh? Is being sick a good excuse for not posting? lol. Well, it better be!! The past 2 weeks have been rough. It started out with a cold.....I had everything but the runny nose. Then a day after that went away, I came down with the flu really bad. I was achy, nauseous, and ran a fever for 3 nights straight. That part worried me the most. I had to try to keep it down as much as possible so it wouldn't hurt the baby. Then as soon as that went away, I got the WORST sore throat that I have EVER felt in my life! I went to go test for strep, but it came out negative. The Doc. was shocked, she thought for sure that I had strep throat. So she ordered a more sensitive test, but it took 2 days to get the results. I haven't actually called to see what the results are because my throat started feeling better. Now i'm finally getting over that. But what would you know, i'm started to get really nauseous from this pregnancy. Dangit! I was hoping I would just skip past that whole symptom. LOL...is that wishful thinking, or what? Nothing sounds good to me, and I want to throw up when I think about eating anything. But I have to eat. So with all of this sickness, my poor kids have been watching alot of cartoons and barbie movies lately. I feel like the worst mommy in the world!! I try my hardest to find something crafty for them to do or something. I was really ambitious today and we painted with finger paints. You can guess how that went! LOL....lets just say that after painting war paint all over themselves and all over their hair, we ended up talking a bath. Thats not my most favorite thing to do with 3 kids, but at least they will be clean for church tomorrow! But they have been really good kids. They seem to know when mommy isn't feeling good and they have been big helpers and big snugglers! That right there is the best cure for any mommy who is sick! And Eran has been a huge help and has been the best husband in the world! Thank you sweetheart!!!

So, are you getting sick of hearing me complain yet? lol. I am. I'm sorry. This is one of those post's that would be labeled "woe is me" on my friends, Ali's blog. She has the cutest labels for her posts! Anyways.....sorry for the negativism today. Are you all ready for some cute pics of my babies? These are pics that should have been posted a long time ago. They are from Emma's birthday party....which was a month ago. LOL!

We played pin the bow on Dora.....thats always a hit with the young kids!
I just now realized that all of the sisters are wearing the same colored shirt. HAHA!

And then they went fishing for candy. Having a b-day in the winter is hard....its so much funner when you can go outside and play some of these games!




This has nothing to do with the b-day party, but oh my heck, he is so cute!! Have I mentioned before that he is SUCH a sweet sweet baby!

Emma and Tommy are going to get married someday!! They both sat there together forever eating their candy. They are SO perfect for each other! hehe
