We woke up at 8:30, and we decided to eat breakfast upstairs before we opened gifts........that way, everyone was fed, happy and good to go. When we went downstairs, BriAnn looked as if she was trying to figure everything out. This is like the first year where she is starting to understand Christmas alittle more. So it was cute to see her face while she was "experiencing" Christmas for the "first time". Emma on the other hand, took one look at the gifts and bolted. She just wanted to tear everything up as quickly as she could. And Ethan, well, you know. He was content being in his mommies arms. He's just along for the ride. lol.
Towards the end of the gift opening mayhem, you could tell that the girls were feeling a little overwhelmed. There were too many toys to play with, and they couldn't pick one. I was feeling alittle overwhelmed too! lol. There were alot of toys to put together. But we pulled through, and had a nice Christmas day together. =O) It will be our last Christmas alone before my family moves down in May....and we are REALLY REALLY looking forward to spending the rest of our Christmas' with my family!!!
I took these pictures of Eran's fish awhile ago.....so I framed them for him, and we put them in our "ocean themed" bathroom.
Lol....Ethan only know's how to scoot one way, and that is backwards. In this pic, he had scooted himself underneath the couch.
Uhhh...i don't think thin he is diggin' the pink chair.
Put the cat sure likes it!
